Sick Leave Donation Program

Our assistance has been requested to help members of our local who will need assistance from the sick leave donation program. If you would like to donate time (vacation only), please contact Sara DeClemente-Hammoud in the Human Resources office, x7-4939, for the appropriate form or download the form from the link below and send it to Sara DeClemente-Hammoud .
